ACCESSING DRUGHUB
DrugHub features a comprehensive access control system designed to bolster security and prevent phishing or DDoS attacks. Each user is assigned a distinct .onion address for access. To retrieve this address, users need to visit the Link Directory Node (LDN) through one of the following links:

Upon reaching the LDN page, users must complete a CAPTCHA and click the button to generate a new mirror. The generated mirror is signed and should always be verified with the platform’s PGP key to confirm its validity.
It's important to note that each mirror is unique to the user, ensuring that only the user can access their designated mirror, adding an additional layer of security against unauthorized access.
Vendors receive Permanent Mirrors that are exclusively accessible to them and users with established transactions. This system eliminates the need for vendors and eligible users to fetch new URLs for each interaction, simplifying the process.
CAPTCHA
When entering DrugHub, users will be prompted with a Captcha to confirm their identity. The challenge presents a transparent circle, enabling users to see the layer beneath it. The goal is to align the top circle with the bottom layer before the countdown reaches zero. Once completed, users can click the "continue" button to access the marketplace.
REGISTRATION
In order to register as a customer on DrugHub, you must provide a PGP key to gain access to the marketplace. Enter your PGP key in the designated field on the registration page and click the "continue" button. A PGP-encrypted message will then appear on the next page.
PGP VERIFICATION
Retrieve the PGP-encrypted message from the provided code box on the next page and paste it into your PGP client. After decryption, you'll see a message beginning with the prefix "DRUG_HUB_BUYER_REGISTRATION_yourcodehere." To complete the registration, select the "continue" button.
CHOOSE A USERNAME
The username will serve only as an identifier for vendors and won't be used for login purposes. Once you've selected your preferred username, press the "continue" button to finalize your registration.
LOGIN
To continue, please enter your PGP Public Key in the provided field and choose a session timeout duration. The timeout setting determines how long you remain logged in before being asked to reauthenticate. For example, selecting a 12-hour session timeout will keep you logged in for that period unless you manually log out. After entering the necessary information, click "Continue" to receive your PGP validation message on the next page. For more details on PGP Validation, please refer to the earlier instructions. The sign-in validation code will begin with "DRUG_HUB_BUYER_SIGNIN_yourcode."
ACCESSING THE MARKETPLACE
On the left-hand side of the screen, users will find a Menu for Categories. By selecting a category, a drop-down menu will appear with additional sub-categories and related options.
The main content area is made up of tiles arranged in two columns. Each tile displays comprehensive product details, including an image, product title, category and subcategory, price, available payment methods (escrow or FE), shipping info (origin and destination), vendor name, vendor rating, and stock status.
At the top of the screen, there's a primary Navigation Menu with several tabs, such as Invoices, Orders, Vendor Conversations, Support, PGP, Notifications, Shopping Cart, XMR Wallet, and Profile Settings.
Users can use the search feature located above the tiles. This search includes both a Basic Search and an Advanced Search option.
Next to the search bar is a sorting option that allows users to filter the results by various criteria. Available filters include sorting by newest, oldest, price (low to high or high to low), vendor rating, and the number of views per listing.

SIMPLE SEARCH
Using the Simple Search from the top you can enter your search phrase and
press Simple Search to be shown the results.
ADVANCED SEARCH
The Advanced Search provides additional parameters which can be set
using the additional options displayed
PRODUCT LISTING
The product page offers a detailed array of information that requires thorough review. This includes the product title, refund policy, pricing in both FIAT and XMR (Monero), the listing type (escrow or FE), the number of views, stock status, shipping details (origin and destination), vendor type (escrow or FE), sales history, dispute outcomes (resolved or unresolved), and the status of ongoing orders (disputed or active).
Along with these details, the order options section includes shipping choices, available quantities, and settings for bulk orders. Following this, users can view product images and find buttons for contacting the vendor, reporting the listing, adding it to their favorites, or adding it to the cart.
After selecting the appropriate listing options, users can click the "Add to cart" button. This allows them to either complete the purchase right away or continue shopping by adding more products to their cart. This functionality makes it easier to pay for multiple items in one go.
CHECKOUT
If you have chosen the "Add to cart" option for a specific listing
and have proceeded to place an order, you will be presented with a
screen that resembles the one depicted above. This screen provides
comprehensive details regarding your order, including the PGP key of
the seller. It is imperative to encrypt your order information using
this specific PGP key and then paste the resulting encrypted output
back into the designated Order message box. In case your cart includes
multiple items from various vendors, you must repeat this process for
each individual key. Upon completion, you can proceed to the Payment
page by clicking on the "Continue" button
Read the instructions fully and press "I understand and agree" if you
fully understand the instructions.
To ensure a successful transaction, please remit the precise amount
of XMR indicated in the designated red area. The address for the
payment will be authenticated with the Market key. For your
convenience, you may also select the QR Code tab to display a
scannable code.
Prompt payment is imperative upon reaching this page, as a countdown
timer of 60 minutes will commence. Failure to submit the payment
within the designated timeframe will result in the cancellation of the
order.
By appending the extension "/market-keys" to the URL of a verified DrugHub
mirror, users will be directed to a comprehensive PGP key page. This page
provides users with all the necessary PGP keys for communication within
the market. In order to engage with DrugHub staff members, users are
required to utilize the valid PGP key associated with each staff member.
This serves as an additional security measure enforced by DrugHub,
ensuring that all communication takes place through PGP encryption.
